Secretary for Development Paul Chan Mo-po spoke at the Chamber's Town Hall Forum Series: Meet the Ministers' on July 3 to a packed house. Chan discussed sustaining Hong Kong's status as an international financial and business centre and the challenges that the Government is facing. The off-the-record Chamber's Town Hall Forum Series is to maintain a close dialogue with the senior Government officials and to provide members with the opportunity to meet the minister face-to-face, and exchange views.
