The Evolution of the Hong Kong Grade A Office Market - A Telescopic Analysis
Marcos Chan, Head of Research for Hong Kong, Southern China & Taiwan, CBRE, briefed members about the latest Grade A office market trends in Hong Kong at a Chamber roundtable luncheon on 24 January. He said that leasing activity in the Central CBD was mainly driven by solid demand from Mainland China companies, decentralization would continue due to cost-saving, and owner-occupier investment demand, particularly in the banking and finance, insurance, real estate and construction sectors, would remain strong.
