New Announcement 42 on the Enhancement of the Reporting of Related Party Transactions and Administration of Contemporaneous Documentation
On 13 July 2016, the State Administration of Taxation in China released an Announcement on the Enhancement of the Reporting of Related Party Transaction and Administration of Contemporaneous Documentation ( Announcement 42). It significantly strengthens the information disclosure requirements for taxpayers in China. Adam Chong, Partner of KPMG China, briefed members at the Chamber on 5 September about the main changes in the reporting and documentation requirements in Announcement 42 and talked about how enterprises can get ready in light of the new reporting and documentation rules.
