Saturday Fun Hike at Luk Keng
The Young Executives Club and Women Executives Club jointly held a hike in Luk Keng on 29 April. Experienced trail runner Sin Shui Fuk joined 15 members on the hike and provided useful tips on walking properly to avoid muscle pain. He then checked and corrected the walking posture of each member during the hike. The highlight of the walk was the authentic Hakka lunch paired with white wine in Luk Keng village at the end!
