Remarks: The supporting organization warrants that it has complied with all statutory requirements including but not limited to the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance (Cap. 593) and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and will fully comply with the provisions of those Ordinances before engaging in any marketing or direct marketing activities which are or may be considered as related to this collaboration agreement in any way. The Parties agree that HKPC will not be liable to the Training Partner or any third party for any breach of the above Ordinances by the supporting organization and that the supporting organization shall fully indemnify HKPC for any such liability that may arise.
