I have the pleasure to enclose a report on the Chamber’s recommendations on climate change.
Since the Chamber presented its study report to the Government in 2008 detailing 43 action-oriented policy recommendations for tackling air pollution, the Chamber has been continuing its study and advocacy. The report serves both as a study report which sums up its work and, in a timely fashion, the Chamber’s response to the public consultation on climate change strategy.
We look forward to working with the Government to facilitate Hong Kong’s transition to a low carbon economy.
