Business Policy Officer/Trainee – Event and Administration (Two – year renewable contract) |
Duties |
- Support committee secretaries in organizing events (such as seminars and external visits) including liaising with speakers and co-organizers, preparing event flyers, arranging promotion activities, handling bookings and payment, and answering enquiries; - Provide administrative and logistic support to committee secretaries in arranging committee meetings, issuing notices, disseminating information, and keeping records; and - Perform other duties as assigned. |

Other Requirements |
- Form 7 or above; Fresh graduates or those with less experience will be considered as trainee; - Good spoken/written English and Cantonese; - Previous work experience on event coordination/ administration preferred; - Good communications, organization and interpersonal skills; and be flexible, able to work under pressure, meticulous, a team player and highly customer-oriented with good initiatives and common sense.
